Chicken, Dinner
6 boneless chicken breasts, pounded
2-3 eggs
Italian bread crumbs
1/2 T butter
6T honey
6T white wine
1. Beat eggs. Dip chicken in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
2. Add a little extra in the middle for stuffing.
3. Roll up and place seam-side down in 9”x13”.
4. 1 hr before serving, melt butter and add to honey and white wine.
4. Spoon over chicken, soaking.
5. Bake @ 350 for 1hr
